Content Policy

We print your videos as real, physical flipbooks, and real people at Dimensional Press handle every one. To keep that work safe and legal for everyone, there are a few things we can't print.

We can't print videos that:

• show nudity or sexual content
• show graphic violence, gore, or serious injury
• include hate symbols, or attack people for who they are
• show or encourage illegal activity, or harm to children or animals
• use someone else's video, music video, film, or TV footage without permission

Everyday moments are welcome. Beach days, a kiss at a wedding, a toast with friends, a water-pistol fight: all fine.

By adding a video, you confirm you made it or have permission to use it, and that the people in it are happy for it to be printed.

How we check

Each video is screened automatically when you add it. If it clearly breaks this policy, you'll see "We can't print this video" right away and it won't go in your cart. Some videos are also reviewed by us before printing.

If we can't print a video after you order

We refund that flipbook in full (at the price you paid), and Shopify emails you the refund. The rest of your order prints as usual, and you keep any multi-book discount you got.
