This website is operated by Dimensional Press ("we," "us," "our"). Dimensional Press is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.
Eligibility
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Our products
Our flipbooks are personalized and made to order from the video or animation you provide. Because each book is printed from your file, results depend on the source material, and colors may vary slightly between screens and paper. We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that every image on our site exactly matches your finished book.
Your content
"Your content" means the videos, animations, images, and any other material you upload or send to us for your order.
- You keep ownership. We don't claim ownership of your content.
- Permission to make your order. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, edit, and print your content only as needed to make, ship, and support your order. We won't use your content in our marketing or share it publicly without your express permission.
- You have the rights. You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it, and that you have permission from the people who appear in it (or their parent or guardian, for minors) to have it printed.
- Content we won't print. We may decline or cancel, with a full refund, any order whose content we believe is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, is sexually explicit, hateful, or harassing, or depicts minors inappropriately.
How we store and delete your content is described in our Privacy Policy.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Our content
The text, graphics, logos, and design of this website belong to Dimensional Press or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the site's security or operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
Third-party services
Our site may use or link to third-party services, such as payment processors and file-upload tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimer
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimensional Press will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dimensional Press harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
