Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Our products are printed and bound in the US and carry no import, customs, or carrier handling fees.
Production time
Each flipbook is made to order. Please allow 3 business days for production, or 5 business days for orders of more than 10 books. Production time is in addition to shipping time.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Standard shipping: $8
- Express shipping: $15
Rush printing with express shipping will be listed as an option, if available.
Your shipping options and total are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking information when it's available. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and the carrier.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email help@dimensionalpress.com right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll help however we can.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll reprint your flipbook or refund you.
